Her day job focuses on community impact and social investment, and that lens flowed into the criteria on the night.Earle Thomas – Sports consultant, football coach, player agent, and former All Whites soccer captain, with a long record of mentoring young athletes and leaders.Keven Mealamu MNZM – Former All Blacks legend and now director, relations manager, and board member across several organisations, including Fit60 HQ Training and NZ Rugby.Together with the organising team, the Judges Panel were not only asking “Who makes the most money?” but “Who leads well, serves people, and lifts the community?”Webfit News spoke with Shaheen, Earle, and Keven during the night.All three highlighted leadership through service, values, and community impact as the real markers of success.
